1.噪音小 齒形鏈條常稱為無聲鏈條，是通過工作鏈板與鏈輪齒的即漸開線齒形嚙合進(jìn)行傳動,，因此與滾子鏈條和套筒鏈條相比,，嚙合噪音小。

2,，可靠性較高,，這是因?yàn)辇X形鏈條的鏈節(jié)是多片式結(jié)構(gòu)，當(dāng)其中個別鏈條片在工作中遭到破壞時(shí),，并不立即使整根鏈條斷開,，從而能使人們及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)更換。同時(shí),，與相同節(jié)距的套筒鏈條和滾珠鏈條相比,，齒形鏈條傳動更加緊湊，如需增加承載能力,，齒形鏈條傳動只需在寬度方向上增加較小的尺寸,，而套筒鏈條和滾珠鏈條傳動則需要增加鏈條的節(jié)距和采用多排鏈條
